Do not take with medications; if taking other products, allow a gap of at least 2 hours. Start with a small portion of 1 g and increase to 2g per glass over time. Maximum consumption 4 g per day. There is no time limitation on taking Zeolite but usual duration is around 2-3 months. Shake well before use if mixing with liquids.
